Job summary

1st Step Solutions Ltd in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to service and maintain a range of commercial systems across customer sites. This is a hands-on role focused on reliability and efficiency.

You will diagnose faults, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and contribute to uptime. A Full UK driving licence and F‑Gas qualification are essential, with overtime opportunities and a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and fault-finding.
• F-Gas qualification is essential.
• Electrical knowledge would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing business, working on a varied range of commercial refrigeration systems across customer sites.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and fault-finding of commercial refrigeration equipment, with the opportunity to work across a variety of environments and develop your technical expertise.
