Job summary

1st Step Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to service and maintain a range of commercial refrigeration systems across customer sites in the Midlands. This hands-on role focuses on fault-finding, electrical and refrigeration work, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Refrigeration Engineer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and fault-finding.
• F-Gas qualification is essential.
• Electrical knowledge and qualifications would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing business, working on a varied range of commercial refrigeration systems across customer sites.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and fault-finding of commercial refrigeration equipment, with the opportunity to work across a variety of environments and develop your technical expertise.

The Role:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and refrigeration faults, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently
