Job summary

Start Monday is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover London and surrounding areas, including the M3 corridor. Salary £45,000–£55,000 with door-to-door travel, a company van, overtime, and holiday entitlements.

You will service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems as part of an established engineering team, with a supportive environment and good work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning equipment.
• F-Gas qualified.
• Full UK driving licence.

Air Conditioning Engineer

London & Surrounding Areas | M3 Corridor

£45,000 - £55,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime + Van

The Role

Service, maintenance and repair of commercial air conditioning systems.

Candidates can be based anywhere from Southampton along the M3 corridor into London.

Working as part of a friendly, experienced engineering team.

Package

• £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Door-to-door travel paid at single rate
• Company van
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for evenings and Saturdays
• Double time (2x) on Sundays
• On-call rota, although there is very little call-out work at present

What We're Looking For

• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning equipment.
• F-Gas qualified.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach.
