Nisbets is a leading multi-national provider of foodservice equipment and consumables with operations across the UK, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, and France, with subsidiaries in India, China, Australia, and New Zealand. We offer over 30,000 products, primarily proprietary, designed to save time and energy for the professional hospitality sector.

We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to cover a patch in North London. The ideal candidate will reside in or near North London to ensure easy access to the service areas. The role involves supporting Nisbets by attending to product warranty repairs and out-of-warranty repairs across several brands, including our own.

We offer: No weekend work or on-call duties, Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities

1. Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and electrical catering equipment.
2. Communicate with customers on-site and coordinate with service administration teams.
3. Stay updated with new products and developments.
4. Respond to engineer and customer queries via phone.
5. Report product issues and collaborate with QC/service managers on product improvements and safety concerns.

• Ability to use a company van for personal use
