Our business turnover is approximately £40 million, and we are part of a large national facilities management company employing around 1600 people.

Our projects include contracts with high street stores, NHS, education sectors, petrol stations, convenience stores, and leisure centres.

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.

We believe every role is vital in providing peace of mind for our customers and driving our success. As a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer, you will contribute by:

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing, reactive maintenance, and breakdown repairs of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Working with cold rooms, bottle coolers, under-counter fridge/freezers, display cabinets, blast chillers, and systems like VRVs, VRFs, and splits.
• Conducting maintenance checks and fault diagnosis.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Field-based, customer-facing role.

What does it take?

If you’re ready to energize our business and share in our success, you’ll need:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• City and Guilds / NVQ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning qualification.

Working arrangements

We support flexible working practices. The role is home-based with travel to various sites. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
