Job Description:

Core Hours – Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00 (40 hours)

Our Facilities Management team at Winner is partnering with a reputable, family-run service provider seeking a skilled AC & refrigeration engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across retail & commercial sites throughout England.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and refrigeration systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, cold rooms, and chillers.
• Perform minor installations of AC and refrigeration units, including VRV/VRF, split systems, cold rooms, and chillers.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on AC & refrigeration systems.
• Complete all relevant documentation and service reports.
• Liaise with clients on-site to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health & safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC & refrigeration engineer.
• Ideally an NVQ or diploma in Installing & Maintaining AC and Refrigeration.
• Hold additional qualifications such as FGAS & Co2.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable using handheld devices for logging.
• Full UK driver’s license with strong customer service skills.
