Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced delivery driver to operate from Derby, delivering palletised and cage-based frozen goods to commercial customers across the UK. Most shifts include 8–10 deliveries with minimal handballing, ensuring safety and timeliness at all times.

The role is temporary with potential for permanency for the right driver. Working hours are typically early starts, Monday to Friday, with pay options including PAYE (£16.00) or umbrella (£19.00).

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• Digital Tachograph Card is required.
• Driver CPC Card is required.
• Reliable and professional approach to work is essential.
• Ability to carry out deliveries safely, efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised and cage-based frozen goods to commercial customers across the UK from Derby.
• Maintain professional conduct and complete deliveries safely and on time.
• Typically 8–10 deliveries per shift with limited or no handballing.
• Adhere to company and legal requirements throughout the day.
