Description

Summary:
The Referral Navigator role is responsible for completing the referral process to support clients referred to services, enabling them to begin treatment quickly.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a specialization in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, or a closely related field OR a MHRT/C with at least three years of experience providing mental health services.
2. License/Certifications: See Education
3. Experience: One year of experience in the same areas of specialization is required. Prior experience with referral management is preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Excellent computer skills.
