The Opportunity
Cochlear has an opportunity for a full-time Referral Growth Manager, this is a field based position that looks after the UK & Ireland Region. In this role, the successful Referral Growth Manager will be leading a team of referral growth specialists to execute a professional referral education strategy, driving quality referrals across the UK and Ireland.
Reporting to the Director of Growth Strategy, you will be directly responsible for national collaboration to promote awareness and contribute to the wider adoption of implantable hearing solutions within the UK healthcare network.
