Job summary

Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a Referral and Performance Administrator for the CORE Project. The role focuses on managing the front end of the referral pathway to ensure residents enter the service promptly and referrals are complete and recorded accurately.

You will allocate cases, monitor deadlines, manage performance information, and provide follow-up and feedback to referring partners, acting as the central control point for the referral workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin or referral management is desirable.

The postholder will manage the front end of the referral pathway, ensuring that residents enter the service promptly, referrals are complete and accurately recorded, cases are allocated appropriately, and no resident is lost in the process. The role provides the central control point for referral workflow, contractual deadlines, performance information, follow-up activity and feedback to referring partners.
