ISS is looking for a skilled and strategic Asset & Data Validation Programme Manager to lead critical asset verification and data validation initiatives for a major client programme. This high-profile role offers a unique blend of operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic influence within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will own the end-to-end management of asset verification and data validation projects, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with contractual obligations, and delivery against KPIs and timelines. Your ability to engage and manage relationships—with senior leadership, clients, technical teams, and subcontractors—will be vital to success.

This position provides significant visibility, including regular reporting and calls with ISS UK’s MD and CEO, making it an outstanding platform to showcase your leadership and programme management capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Asset Verification and Data Validation programmes to meet agreed KPIs and contractual requirements
  • Ensure asset data integrity, aligned to frameworks such as FMR, SFG20, and PPM schedules
  • Act as the main point of contact for client liaison, maintaining strong, transparent communication
  • Oversee subcontractor partner performance and manage programme governance, including regular status updates and risk mitigation
  • Provide subject matter expertise on asset lifecycle management and data frameworks
  • Facilitate the timely submission of survey data and maintain alignment with project scope and expectations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience as a Lifecycle manager (or equivalent) in the Facilities Management (FM) sector
  • Strong understanding of asset data standards, lifecycle management and PPM scheduling
  • Proven leadership in managing teams of surveyors, engineers, or technical specialists
  • Able to thrive under pressure with strong decision-making skills and commercial awareness
  • Effective at managing diverse stakeholder groups and resolving complex challenges
  • Proactive, strategic, and action-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
  • Commercially aware
