Role: Referencing Specialist - Management Due Diligence Consultant (Venture Capital & Private Equity)

About the Company:

Confidas People is a leading, independent consultancy specialising in Management Team Due Diligence and People Assessment to support Venture Capital and Private Equity investment. Founded in 2017, we have been experiencing consistent year-on-year growth and are now looking to expand our team to enhance our capability and capacity to provide trusted advisory services to our clients. We operate exclusively on behalf of venture capital and private equity firms, engaging with C-suite executives of ambitious, dynamic companies. Our projects are fast-paced and demanding, but also rewarding and stimulating.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will support and eventually lead referencing projects. This role is vital in ensuring the successful delivery of our work and the growth of the business.

The role includes:

1. Conducting detailed reference calls and taking accurate notes
2. Performing desktop research, including navigating LinkedIn, Companies House, and similar databases
3. Writing reports by analysing and summarising reference call information

About the Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment and seek to apply their skills in a different environment without the pressures of business development. While experience in our specific field is not expected, transferable skills are valued. We offer full training, including in-house, on-the-job training, and external courses.
