Position: Process Operatives

We are seeking Process Operatives to work across various areas of the business based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily activities as per plans and instructions from the Cell Leader or Cell Manager.
• Manufacture, assemble, and finish products following approved methods.
• Follow standards, procedures, and manuals, taking personal responsibility for process adherence.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of work stations and environment.
• Report equipment and facility faults to Cell Supervision.
• Keep training up-to-date to perform duties effectively.
• Be flexible across skills and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain S5 standards within the production cell.
• Notify the cell leader of issues with consumables, and ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry daily.
• Participate in improvement projects and attend relevant meetings.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a mature and professional attitude with the ability to follow instructions. A methodical, thorough approach and attention to detail are essential.

Experience

Experience in manufacturing is ideal; subject matter knowledge is beneficial.

Pay and Additional Information

Applicants will need to undergo an occupational health assessment and pass security clearance.
