Imagine Independence is seeking a compassionate Senior Specialist Support Worker to lead a team in supporting individuals with complex needs in Brierfield. The role involves mentoring staff, developing support plans, and providing direct care, ensuring meaningful living for clients.

Hours: 30 hours per week – part time (includes alternate weekends, sleep-ins, includes hours on and off rota to support people and complete senior tasks)
Salary: £22,231.25 + £30/day on-call (rota basis)
Based in: Brierfield, Lancashire.
About the Role
Imagine Independence is a leading charity supporting people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, and complex needs. We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Senior Specialist Support Worker to join our East Lancashire team.
You’ll lead a team supporting individuals with diverse needs including autism, acquired brain injuries, and complex behaviours. You’ll also provide direct support with daily living and personal care, helping people live independently and meaningfully in their community.
