Overview

Salary: $48,000 per year

Then a position at our company EDSI is for you! We are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented, and caring individual to join our spirited team.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for providing project coordination including functions of facilitation, case management, and business services.
  2. Provide ongoing support throughout the duration of the pre and post-release phase of the program.
  3. Partner with the Behavioral Health Advocate to ensure all supportive services needs are met and the appropriate referrals are made to our committed partners.
  4. Work collaboratively with the PA CareerLink of Chester County on co-enrolling individuals in WIOA and assess the need for training and education.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Services Representative for job placements.
  6. Work in accordance with the E3 classroom schedule, which may include night hours.
  7. Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with participants to aid in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment, including assessment, individualized attention, and coordination.
  8. Provide classroom instruction including job readiness and the manufacturing career acceleration program to all participants.
  9. Utilize case management strategies to support participants in eliminating barriers, exploring career pathways, and providing follow-up post-exit.
  10. Connect job seekers to our Title I team for training opportunities and supportive services.
  11. Provide participants with job placement through connection and support of our Business Service Team member.
  12. Update curriculum by making changes and/or adjustments to the EDSI standardized curriculum.
  13. Recruit participants for the E3 Program through community presentations and outreach/marketing strategies.
  14. Complete required EDSI trainings, such as trauma-informed care, case management summits, etc.
  15. Meet with EDSI leader bi-weekly to discuss performance goals and expectations.
  16. Manage program data including dashboards and databases for CCIU and EDSI.
  17. Provide Career Coaching including Career Pathways to enrolled participants.
  18. Work with administration and staff at the Chester County Prison.
  19. Attend staff training at Chester County Prison as needed.
  20. Work directly with the case managers at the Chester County Prison to support the participant.
  21. Report to Chester County Prison to support customers on-site.
  22. Work directly with the CCIU and leadership to address any program changes and needs.
  23. Accurately complete required documentation for enrollment.
  24. Assist in the preparation of weekly project reports (participation, placement, etc.).
  25. Work with government officials and partner agencies to ensure appropriate documentation is completed and received.
  26. Provide referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when needed.
  27. Maintain an organized database of clients and keep detailed documentation of all contacts with participants.
  28. Coordinate participant retention services and accommodate participant work schedules.
  29. Document all participant contacts and activities via case notes and ensure that post-placement contacts are made as required by specific contract.
  30. Maintain and share information with appropriate staff and/or funding agencies specified by contract.
  31. Ensure participants follow through with planned activities as outlined in the contract with the funding agency.
  32. Help to ensure that positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract.
  33. Support the fiscal team with proper invoicing.
  34. Other opportunities as available.
Qualifications
  1. Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts.
  2. Demonstrated telephone, computer, and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require.
  4. College Degree or equivalent experience required.
  5. Customer service experience preferred.
  6. A working knowledge of MS Office.
  7. A valid driver's license & reliable transportation required.
