We are looking for a commercially minded and consumer-focused Apparel Merchandiser to join the Reebok team. This role is key in managing seasonal assortments, aligning product strategies with market needs, and driving sell-in success across key accounts and regions. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional collaboration, data fluency, and a deep understanding of the apparel market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead seasonal range planning in alignment with brand strategy, consumer trends, and sales insights.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to markdown, including carryover decisions and exit strategies.
  • Align forecasts with sales and demand planning teams to ensure optimal buy volumes and stock availability.
  • Own the go-to-market process: build internal and external presentations, support sell-in meetings, and manage timelines.
  • Analyse sales, margin, and market data to inform line efficiency and product performance decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial and operational alignment.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity to guide seasonal decisions and assortment strategy.
  • Support key account needs by customizing assortments, reviewing exclusives, and adapting product stories as needed.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and ensure margin targets are maintained.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in apparel merchandising, planning, or product management (sportswear or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with sales, forecasting, and inventory data.
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and merchandising or planning tools (e.g., SAP, GT Nexus, Tableau).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Commercial mindset with a consumer-first approach to assortment decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Salary: Excellent market rate based on skills, experience and past performance.
