Reporting to our Service Management team: Mike Walters and Mike Calnen, who have expertly managed the efficient operation of our service department for a combined 14 years with Steele Chevrolet and 40 years in the industry! You will take on the critical role of inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide variety of vehicle makes and models. You will work alongside a skilled and collaborative team of service and parts professionals, all dedicated to ensuring seamless communication and smooth operations. At Steele Chevrolet, you will thrive in a supportive and rewarding workplace!
Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $30.75 - $41.00 per hour, tailored to your experience, certification, and efficiency.
Guarantee: To support stability, a bi-weekly minimum is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.
