Are you a hospitality enthusiast seeking a new challenge? Join our vibrant team as a Red Coat and help us create unforgettable experiences for our customers during the bustling festive season. This position is part of our diverse Hospitality Team and is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for service.

What You’ll Be Doing…
  1. Ensure the resident show and concerts experience operation is carried out efficiently and effectively, making sure all income potentials are realised.
  2. Contribute to excellent team morale, motivating staff to provide an extraordinary customer experience.
  3. Proactively communicate with the Hospitality Experience Manager, theatre management, the Head Red Coat, and FOH teams to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Take pride in our theatre by maintaining high standards of appearance for both the team and the venue.
  5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the show and its operational impact, including running times, latecomer policies, age restrictions, special effects, and cast changes.
  6. Participate in training and development activities as required, including regular fire drills.

  7. Flexible and reliable, with the ability to move between venues as required to support operational needs.
  8. Previous experience in hospitality, with a background in the arts or entertainment industry.
  9. Holds a Basic Health and Hygiene qualification.

Salary: £per hour, minimum hour call per shift - (Suggested hours 30 per week over 6 days)
