Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Be a Brand & Product Ambassador
   • Represent the brand with professionalism through everyday interactions.
   • Promote product sampling to increase awareness and trial.
   • Develop and implement innovative campus engagement plans.
   • Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
   • Manage social media content to boost brand engagement.
   • Assist at Red Bull and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.
2. Be a Sales Expert
   • Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility.
   • Identify and open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
   • Utilize Red Bull assets to maintain top-of-mind presence in sales outlets.
   • Ensure proper execution of store standards.
3. Executional Excellence
   • Deliver high-quality execution and attention to detail.
   • Share ideas and collaborate with the team regularly.
   • Plan and report activities via the online platform accurately and promptly.
   • Provide local insights to support Red Bull media strategies.
