Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and enjoy working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Brand & Product Ambassador: Represent the brand positively through interactions, grow the user base via sampling, answer consumer questions, and execute campus engagement plans. Build relationships with key local individuals and manage social media content to promote the brand. Assist at Red Bull events to enhance consumer experience.
• Sales Expertise: Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure Red Bull is available and visible, open new distribution points, and leverage assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales outlets.
• Executional Excellence: Deliver high-quality execution, share ideas, plan and report activities promptly, and provide insights on local trends to support media and sales efforts.

Qualifications and Knowledge:
