Job description

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Representing the brand with professionalism through everyday interactions.
• Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness via product sampling.
• Developing and executing innovative campus engagement plans.
• Building relationships with local individuals and maintaining a network.
• Managing social media content to drive brand engagement.
• Supporting RedBull events to create memorable experiences.
• Collaborating with sales teams to ensure RedBull visibility and availability.
• Opening new distribution points within your university and beyond.
• Executing store standards and ensuring quality execution.
• Sharing ideas and collaborating with the team.
• Planning and reporting activities accurately and timely.
• Providing local insights to develop RedBull’s media business.

Qualifications include studying at the University of Birmingham and graduating after 2025. The role requires travel of 80-90%.

The Team

As a Student Marketeer, you will create and execute sales and marketing plans to promote the RedBull brand within the student community and beyond.
