Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative environment.

Job Responsibilities

Brand & Product Ambassador

• Represent the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
• Promote Red Bull by inviting positive trial and awareness through product sampling at suitable locations, answering consumer questions.
• Develop and implement a campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
• Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
• Enhance brand engagement via social media with authentic content.
• Participate in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences.

Sales Expertise

• Collaborate with local sales team to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.
• Identify and develop new distribution points within the university and beyond.
• Utilize Red Bull assets to maintain top-of-mind presence in sales outlets.
• Ensure proper execution of store standards.

Executional Excellence

• Deliver high-quality execution and attention to detail.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team regularly.
• Plan and report activities via the online platform accurately and timely.
• Provide local insights and trends to support Red Bull media initiatives.

Qualifications

• Studying at a university within the specified city.
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Deep understanding of student life, local hotspots, and the university environment.
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and products.
• Manual UK Driving Licence.
