Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and thrive in a creative working atmosphere.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
• Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through product sampling at the right place and time, and answering consumer questions competently.
• Building and executing a tailored, innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
• Driving brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Working at RedBull and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
• Collaborating with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull's availability and visibility in outlets.
• Opening new distribution points within your university campus and beyond.
• Leveraging RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
• Ensuring perfect execution of store standards.
• Delivering excellence and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Sharing ideas and collaborating with the team both online and offline.
• Planning and reporting activities via the online platform accurately and timely.
• Providing local insights, trends, and opportunities to develop the RedBull media business.
