What you'll do

£12.75 - £13.65 per hour | 40-hour contract | AM shift | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure our stores receive the right stock when needed. From loading trailers in the chiller to assisting with team tasks like checking stock, you’ll work diligently to get the job done. You’ll independently process your orders to help deliver over 2,000 products into customers’ hands, taking pride in your essential role in keeping shelves stocked.

In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate, including an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, alongside a benefits package supporting your well-being and personal life.

What you'll do

1. Multitask by loading trailers in the chiller and checking pallets are in the correct lanes.
2. Sort and process store waste, ensuring proper recycling.
3. Stack and secure deliveries accurately.
4. Report damaged items to your manager.
5. Work independently through your orders.
