Location:Based within North Lincolnshire. Various sites (own transport required due to location)
Hours: Working on a days shift pattern ( weekends or week days available)

About the Role as a Site Recycling Operative
As a Site Recycling Operative, you’ll be responsible for sorting, processing, and managing recyclable materials across various sites. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment while ensuring high standards of recycling operations.
Your Responsibilities as a Site Recycling Operative:
Sort and process recyclable materials in line with company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation on site at all times.
Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Support the team in achieving daily recycling targets.
Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
What We’re Looking For in a Site Recycling Operative:
Experience: Previous experience in a recycling or waste management environment is an advantage but not essential.
Transport: Own transport is required due to the location and travel between sites.
Work Ethic: A strong, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining high standards and following safety guidelines.
