The Best Connection is recruiting a Recycling Operative for our client in Oldbury. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals seeking long-term work with a route to permanent employment. You will join a busy site performing recycling and general labour duties.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 1:30pm, paid at £12.71 per hour. The site offers weekly pay, pension and staff insurance, and ongoing support from The Best Connection.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous recycling or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Recycling materials such as cardboard and plastic using a baling machine.
• Carrying out general labouring duties.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Completing any other tasks as requested by the site manager.
