Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Preston area for a recycling operative.

The duties for this role will consist but not limited to the following:-

• Operating machines within a busy manufacturing site.
• Operating a counter balance FLT Truck, moving loads around site.
• Working as a team to ensure production targets are met
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensuring the machines have all the correct products in order to run and overseeing these checks on a dily/weekly basis
• Ensuring working area is kept clean and tidy

The breakdown of estimated working week within this role will consist of the following:-

20% working on the FLT Truck

30% cleaning

50% Machine Operating

Hours & Salary

We have 4 positions available as per the following:-

2 x 4pm - 00:30am Monday to Friday

2 x 00:00am - 08:30am Monday to Friday

The salary for these roles is: £27,000 per annum
