Job summary

Smart Solutions is currently recruiting for a Sort Line Operative to join a busy recycling facility in Leatherhead. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, offering consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to contribute to sustainable waste and recycling operations.

As a Sort Line Operative, you will play an important part in the recycling process by identifying and separating recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt to ensure they are processed correctly.

Qualifications

• Identify and separate recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards on site.
• Follow site health and safety procedures and contribute to quality and recovery rates.

Responsibilities

• Picking selected materials from a moving conveyor belt.
• Separating recyclable materials into the correct chutes.
• Carrying out general duties across the site.
• Maximising quality and recovery rates.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15am - 5:00pm
