Recycling Operatives - Immediate Start Available!
Location: Southampton (Transport Ideally Required)
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour

We're currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy production line with an immediate start. This is a hands-on role ideal for reliable team players who take pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting recyclable materials such as metal, plastic, wood, and aggregates

• Operating machinery as required

• General maintenance duties including cleaning work areas, checking equipment, and reporting faults

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Overtime available on Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with a hands-on attitude

• Good communication and timekeeping

• Reliable and proactive approach

• Own transport is preferred due to the site location
