Pay Rate: £30,065.58 + Any Shift Premium
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) / Nights Shift
Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off | 18:00-5:30
Location: Daventry, NN11 8NF

We're now looking for a Recycling Operative, to work on a DHL site part of Enviro-solutions part of the warehouse

Responsibilities

• working in the recycling department
• Lifting and sorting of recycling material
• Decanting vehicles and cages
• Sorting out cardboard bailers
• Oil recycling and managing of the flow
• Sorting recycled electronics such as microwaves, pizza ovens, floor polishers

What this role would suit

• Collection: Loading and unloading recycling collection
• Sorting & Segregation: Identifying, separating, and picking recyclable materials from other waste
• Inspection Checking materials to ensure they meet quality standards and removing contamination or non-recyclable items.
• Physical Demands: The role can be physically demanding and requires physical fitness.
• Outdoor Work: You may work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility: Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
