Job summary

JT Recruit is seeking a Recycling Operative to join Barwekk RHWS, with travel to cover Lutterworth & Whetstone RHWS if required. Outdoor role assisting customers with recycling and waste disposal, requiring a full driving license for occasional site travel.

Role involves manual tasks, operating machinery, and excellent customer service while working as part of a team. Temporary position with pay £14.00 per hour, 5 days per week including weekends, summer and winter hours apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Working outdoors, assist and advise customers with recycling and disposal of waste materials.
• Cover and travel to other sites (Lutterworth & Whetstone RHWS) as needed.
• Complete manual tasks as part of daily duties.
• Interact respectfully with the general public and provide information on recycling procedures.

Job description

Local Council are looking for a Recycling Operative to join Barwekk RHWS, but able to travel to cover Lutterworth & Whetstone RHWS, if required.

Working outside you will be required to assist and advise customers with the recycling and disposal of waste materials.

Transport and a full driving license will be required in case you need you to travel to cover other sites.

The position includes:

• Able to work as part of a team.

Commencing on a temporary basis.

Pay £14.00 per hour, working 5 days a week, including weekends and 3 days in the week.

Summer hours are 9am – 7pm (Starting 1st April)

Winter hours from October 9am – 4pm
