Job summary

The Paxtons with Diddington, Southoe and The Offords seek a Rector (designate) to guide five rural churches in faith growth and village life. You will lead a team of paid staff and volunteers, building on a strong foundation of collaborative ministry within the benefice.

The role requires a pastor with listening, prayerful leadership and a readiness to engage with parishioners, schools and councils, developing a growth plan with the PCCs.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral leadership within a church community.
• Ability to work with paid staff and volunteers.
• Commitment to collaborative leadership with parish councils.

Responsibilities

• Lead five rural churches with a vision to grow in faith and community.
