Could you be the Recruitment & Training Manager we’re looking for?

Our fantastic Recruitment & Training Managers are passionate about helping others thrive. They are natural communicators with excellent digital, face-to-face, and written communication skills.

We are seeking a Recruitment & Training Manager to represent Radfield Home Care in Derby, Ashbourne, and South Derbyshire, taking full responsibility for the growth and development of our valued care professionals.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You are a people person with experience in recruitment, candidate attraction, onboarding, training delivery, and community engagement, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative and effective candidate attraction campaigns using various platforms, including social media
  • Build strong relationships with prospective care professionals
  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding process
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions
  • Create and implement retention initiatives
  • Maintain all relevant documentation in compliance with legislation

A full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
