Salary: £31,750-£43,950 uncapped commission with no threshold & bonus

Location: B3 2TA

The Role: Recruitment Team Leader

As a Recruitment Team Leader, you'll be hands on with your own desk while also leading a team to achieve incredible results. You'll take full ownership of your team's performance, driving success through hands on leadership, expert guidance, and personal contribution.

Your role will include:

1. Assume full accountability of a team, taking responsibility for the management and sales performance against budget
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
3. Ensure delivery of key activity within your team and support them with their development and growth
4. Creating a culture of high performance aligned with TeacherActive's values
5. Motivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes whilst embodying TeacherActive's culture and company values
6. Use your extensive recruitment and sales skills to build your own desk, maximise team performance and achieve overall results
7. Attending client meetings, school visits, and networking events
8. Build and maintain an in depth understanding of the education sector to maximise potential opportunities
