Job Title – Recruitment Talent Advisor

Department/Sector – Logistics

Our client is recruiting a dynamic and driven recruitment advisor who will report to the HR, Talent and Training Manager.

We are looking for someone with a strong personality who is not afraid of making their mark in the department.

In this role, you must deliver first-class recruitment and ensure the onboarding and induction processes are delivered to a high standard.

If you started your career in external recruitment and moved to internal recruitment, this role would be perfect for you.

You must have proven experience of reviewing and changing recruitment processes and the confidence to negotiate fees and contract renewals with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing professional support and advice on recruitment
  2. Reviewing and overhauling the recruitment function
  3. Driving best practice in recruitment and selection
  4. Preparing job descriptions and person specifications
  5. Managing and developing creative recruitment solutions
  6. Writing inspiring and original job ads
  7. Devising, running, and evaluating selection processes including interviews and tests; both internal and external
  8. Managing and conducting the initial company introduction to all new starters
  9. Designing and developing engaging and innovative talent programmes to ensure we retain our best employees
  10. Developing and maintaining a talent pool, with both internal and external candidates
  11. Working with the HR administrators to ensure that contracts and other recruitment administration tasks are delivered in a timely manner.
