Job Description

The role is Belfast-based. Our main operational base is Belfast, with an operational site in London. Staff are split across our London and Belfast offices. Some travel to London may be required as well as regular attendance in the office. Home working may be considered on occasions subject to operational requirements and in line with the Commission’s approach on hybrid working and with the agreement of your line manager.

The Role

We are seeking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Officer to be part of the newly established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR).

Reporting to the Resourcing Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will help us successfully deliver both partial and end-to-end resourcing campaigns, including volume resourcing campaigns, rolling campaigns and ad-hoc projects to support business needs. You will help deliver effective resourcing solutions for our new and fast-developing organisation. This role also plays a key part in monitoring and supporting the organisation’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in recruitment practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to develop their career and gain a wide experience of recruitment and resourcing a new organisation.
