A non-profit organization in Stockport is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support their busy Recruitment Department. The role involves administrative duties, maintaining documentation, and overseeing interview standards. Ideal candidates should be recent graduates or possess relevant administrative experience with a strong commitment to customer service. This is a full-time, office-based position, providing opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment.
Based at our Creative Support Head Office in Stockport, just 10 minutes on the train from Manchester City Centre and plenty of public transport links, you will support our busy Recruitment Department with general administrative duties, maintaining and organising confidential documentation and oversee the professional standards of interviews taking place nationally across our services. This will be a varied, rewarding role with a focus on data-driven reporting alongside an emphasis on high standards of customer service. You will be required to build and establish positive, working relationships across internal and external stakeholders and show a commitment to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
This is a full-time, office-based role working predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.
