Overview

Based at our Creative Support Head Office in Stockport, just 10 minutes on the train from Manchester City Centre and plenty of public transport links, you will support our busy Recruitment Department with general administrative duties, maintaining and organising confidential documentation and oversee the professional standards of interviews taking place nationally across our services. This will be a varied, rewarding role with a focus on data-driven reporting alongside an emphasis on high standards of customer service. You will be required to build and establish positive, working relationships across internal and external stakeholders and show a commitment to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Recruitment Department with general administrative duties and maintain and organise confidential documentation.
  • Oversee the professional standards of interviews taking place nationally across services.
  • Contribute to data‑driven reporting and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Build and establish positive working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Recent graduate looking to kick-start a career in recruitment, or an existing recruitment or office administrator seeking a challenging role in a non-profit organisation.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience and commitment to the highest level of customer service, with initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to the needs of the department and prioritise effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Details

This is a full-time, office-based role working predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.
