Package: £40,000 Salary, Car Allowance + Profit Share Commission Scheme

Are you an experienced Healthcare Staffing Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge or Sales Executive looking for progression? We have an exciting new opportunity at Jane Lewis for a Recruitment & Staffing Business Development Manager to run our new Midlands Business Centre in Albrighton. We are looking for a commercially driven individual to play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing operations across the Midlands.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment & Staffing Business Development Manager:
  • Oversee business centre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
  • Improving market share and to become the go to provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region
  • Engaging with new clients through direct business development
  • To drive performance and results, monitoring key metrics and implementing necessary improvements where required
  • To instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved/celebrated
  • To practise a demonstrate and do attitude
