ACR is acknowledged as one of the leading independent recruitment businesses in the East of England, recruiting into a host of roles, from Administration, Account Management and Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Operations, Project Management, and Supply Chain, from entry level to C Suite.

We are looking for at least one new specialist to join the team and take ownership of their own clients, campaigns, and candidates.

Previous experience in recruitment is not essential but desirable.

As recruitment specialist you will be:

• Working on a range of roles, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment campaigns to help our clients build brilliant teams
• Working with a wide variety of candidates to support them in finding their next brilliant role
• Actively networking throughout Greater Peterborough and further afield to share the ACR story and win new clients to support our growth plan
