You will have full responsibility for leading the end-to-end process for all leadership, management, and support services vacancies across the business. You will engage with key stakeholders and hiring managers, creating an action plan to ensure all vacancies are filled. You should have recruitment experience and thrive in a candidate-led, high-value market. You know how to manage longer hiring processes, engage passive talent, and balance multiple vacancies at once. Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment activities for leadership, management, and support roles across the business.
- Use talent attraction tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing methods effectively.
- Update on recruitment progress in meetings, create action plans, and communicate with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Attend job fairs, shows, and third-party events to promote the Esland employer brand.
- Conduct proactive headhunting to access passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Participate directly in recruitment activities such as screening, arranging interviews, and supporting onboarding.
- Maintain the ATS as the primary source of recruitment management information.
- Build strong relationships within the organization to facilitate effective communication and process clarity.
- Aim for at least 85% of hires to be direct hires through internal attraction methods, minimizing agency reliance.

- Headhunting skills using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
