Main Activities

Join and support an international organization, growing in the UK, with the following responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  2. Source, attract, and engage top-quality candidates for our clients.
  3. Identify exceptional prospects and present the best candidates to clients.
  4. Prepare job descriptions and person specifications.
  5. Post job offers online.
  6. Review applications and shortlist candidates.
  7. Arrange and conduct interviews (face-to-face or via Skype) and provide feedback.
  8. Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to job offers.
  9. Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on planning strategies and managing long-term resource needs.
  10. Develop relationships with partners such as schools, universities, and job centers.
  11. Innovate new recruitment methods.
  12. Perform security checks on new starters.
  13. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  14. Assist in planning HR strategies and updating policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and sociable attitude.
  16. Manage administrative tasks like leave records and hour tracking.
  17. Handle monthly salary reporting in coordination with the finance department.
  18. Keep SharePoint updated.
  19. Manage visa applications and extensions.
  20. Track probation periods and contract extensions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant recruitment experience, preferably in engineering and/or nuclear sectors.
  • Strong HR knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persuasive, engaging, and self-motivated.
