Role Overview

You will have full responsibility for leading the end-to-end process for all leadership, management, and support services vacancies across the business. Engaging with key stakeholders and hiring managers, you will create action plans to ensure all vacancies are filled. You should have recruitment experience and thrive in a candidate-led, high-value market. Your skills should include managing longer hiring processes, engaging passive talent, and balancing multiple vacancies simultaneously. Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders as a trusted partner is essential to ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead recruitment activities for leadership, management, and support roles across the business.
  2. Utilize talent attraction tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms effectively.
  3. Attend meetings to update recruitment progress, create action plans, and inform stakeholders and hiring managers.
  4. Participate in Job Fairs/Shows and other events to enhance the Esland employer brand.
  5. Conduct proactive headhunting to access passive candidates and build a talent pipeline supporting growth.
  6. Support recruitment processes including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  7. Maintain the ATS as the primary management information source for recruitment.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships within the organization, ensuring clear communication and shared goals.
  9. Aim for 85% of hires to be direct hires through internal attraction methods, minimizing agency use.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Experience in leading recruitment for leadership, management, and support roles (e.g., finance, HR, business development).
  • Proven headhunting skills using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  • Results-oriented with a strong performance focus.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels and work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proactive, positive, resilient, and well-organized, capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements with a positive outlook.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Diplomatic when handling sensitive situations and confidential information.
  • Confident with IT packages.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to contribute.
