A leading recruitment firm in construction is seeking a Recruitment Leader to drive business development and oversee compliance in the workforce supply process. Candidates must have proven recruitment experience, particularly in construction, alongside excellent communication skills. To lead the development and delivery of a “one-stop” recruitment and labour supply solution for the general construction sector. This role combines business development, operational management, and compliance oversight to ensure clients receive a reliable, competent, and fully compliant workforce.
