Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment & Retention Consultant to work with our existing Recruitment & Retention Consultant, based at our offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex.
As the Recruitment & Retention Consultant, you'll drive the full-cycle recruitment and retention process for our Community Support Workers, covering both contracted staff and agency personnel within the Care and Support Division. This fast-paced role is critical for ensuring service continuity, meeting staffing targets, and upholding our high care standards. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet key performance KPIs, delivering timely and effective recruitment and retention solutions to our evolving needs.
You will ensure that only suitably qualified and fully compliant workers are deployed, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements. This includes:
Experience: Essential experience in health and social care recruitment.
Permanent role, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday office based. Salary: GBP24,500 basic salary plus commission and company benefits.
