Recruitment Resourcer - Social Work Agency Ipswich (Some Hybrid Working Available) £20,000-£22,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Pro Social Partners is a fast growing, values led recruitment agency specialising in placing qualified Social Workers into both permanent and locum roles across the UK. Known for our personal, honest approach and rapid delivery, we work closely with local authorities and organisations to find the right people for their vacancies.

We're now hiring a Resourcer to join our Ipswich team, playing a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing candidates, managing compliance, and keeping the day to day recruitment process running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing and engaging qualified Social Work professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, internal systems, and proactive outreachDaily conversations with candidates to assess their experience, preferences, and availability Handling compliance checks: verifying Right to Work, DBS, Social Work England registration, references, and other documentation Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date in our CRM Supporting interview scheduling and communication between candidates and consultants Assisting with posting job adverts and building our talent pool Working closely with consultants to fill urgent roles and build future pipelines

What We’re Looking For Experience in a resourcing, recruitment support, or admin role is ideal but training will be provided Confident communicator with a professional phone manner Organised, detail focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks A proactive, team-oriented mindset Knowledge of social care or compliance in recruitment is a bonus but not required
