£26,000 - £27,000 Per Annum + Bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Industrial team based in Doncaster, working alongside an experienced recruiter. In this role, you'll support both our internal team and external clients to delivery a high-quality recruitment service.

Focusing on temporary and permanent roles across South Yorkshire, you'll help source and manage candidates within the Industrial, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors. The Role:
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent roles across the Industrial, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors in South Yorkshire.
- Carry out candidate interviews, register them on our internal CRM system, and assess their suitability for specific client requirements.
- Manage shift bookings and allocations using our CRM, always ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Be the main point of contact for your candidates, handling general queries and providing ongoing support throughout their assignments.
- Deliver a smooth, high-quality service to both clients and candidates, always maintaining a professional and proactive approach.
- Support the team with day to day recruitment activity, campaigns and administrative tasks.

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience a Customer Service or Sales role, with a strong track record of meeting KIPIs and performance targets
- Confidence in building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with candidates.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- A proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, target-driven environment.
