Project Start Group is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join a driven, commercially minded team. You will source candidates, screen CVs, run initial interviews and help build a strong candidate pipeline while supporting consultants with searches and communications.

You will manage two large national accounts, develop existing relationships and identify new business opportunities. The role offers a collaborative environment, ongoing training and progression opportunities within a growing

• Experience in telephoine sales, account management, or business development.
• A proactive and ambitious mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident negotiator with strong presentation skills
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Commercial awareness and ability to work to budgets
• Recruitment sector is essential
• Techncial Engineering, FM or Technology experience preferred but not essential

Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be: -

• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job boards, databases and social media.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Updating candidate records, arranging interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Supporting Consultants with candidate searches, administration and the overall recruitment process.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth. You'll be responsible for managing 2 large natonal accounts, supporting recruitment delivery, and identifying new opportunities within both existing and prospective hiring managers .
