Project Start Group in Bath is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to build warm client relationships, source candidates, and drive recruitment delivery across two major national accounts. You’ll thrive on outbound outreach, candidate screening, and developing a strong pipeline to fill current and future roles.

Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be: -

• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job boards, databases and social media.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Updating candidate records, arranging interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Supporting Consultants with candidate searches, administration and the overall recruitment process.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth. You'll be responsible for managing 2 large natonal accounts, supporting recruitment delivery, and identifying new opportunities within both existing and prospective hiring managers .

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients

• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business

• Managing the candidate recruitment process from start to finish

• Communicating effectively with clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction

• Negotiating and closing business contracts

• Delivering compelling sales pitches to prospective clients

• Providing regular account updates to senior management

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

• Contributing to sales strategy and business growth plans
