An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team at Bretsa Early Years , a leading early years and educational recruitment agency.
We are seeking a dedicated Resourcing and Compliance Officer to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for early years and educational placements
  • Use job boards to continuously source candidates
  • Place adverts and use social media to generate candidate attraction
  • Arrange interviews and manage and complete compliance checks
  • Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations and recruitment policies
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing compliance documentation
  • Collaborating with consultants to meet client staffing needs

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in resourcing, compliance, or a similar role preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
