Job summary

Autotech Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to help identify and support aspiring automotive technicians through our paid internship programmes. This role offers a genuine development pathway with structured training and mentoring, with a view to progressing into a Recruitment Consultant position.

You'll be involved in sourcing candidates, screening, onboarding, and building relationships, while learning best practice through coaching and collaboration with Academy,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence speaking with people over the phone and online.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• A positive, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• An interest in recruitment, people-focused careers or talent attraction.
• The ability to build relationships and make people feel valued.
• An interest in the automotive industry would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and our CRM system.
• Speak with candidates to understand their skills, aspirations and career goals.
• Conduct telephone screening interviews and assess suitability for internship opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey.
• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate information.
• Support compliance checks and onboarding activities.
• Work closely with the Academy, Recruitment and Marketing teams to attract talent.
• Learn recruitment best practice through ongoing coaching, training and development.

Recruitment Resourcer - Autotech Academy

Salary: £26,000 per annum + commission scheme

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

At Autotech Academy, we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to help us identify and support aspiring automotive technicians as they begin their careers through our paid internship programmes. This is more than just a recruitment role. It's a genuine development opportunity, with structured training, mentoring and support to help you progress into a Recruitment Consultant position as your career grows.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play an important role in helping automotive candidates find opportunities that kick-start their careers.

You will:
